CRC Services provides sampling and analysis of drinking water and is certified by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection under the PRIVATE WELL TESTING ACT. This act applies to all real estate transactions that have a private well as the source of its drinking water, including new home construction and rental units. In order to comply with this requirement, the following minimum analysis and tasks must be completed prior to the property transfer. In some cases, the county or local health departments may require additional analysis.
